Tracey joins us at an exciting time as we embark on a series of new long–term projects that will build resilience to flooding in many communities. She will inherit a fabulous team and strong national presence that Paul has built over his very successful ten years in the role. I want to put on record our sincerest thanks to Paul for his passion and leadership, and I look forward to working with Tracey as she applies her considerable breadth of skills and energy to take our work forward.
