The National Flood Forum offers a range of information services that can be adapted to suit local needs.
Depending on what is required we can run our services in a number of different formats to best suit the needs of local communities. If you commission one of our information and advice services, we will be on hand to give guidance about the logistics, management and promotion of each type of event.
We also provide information, guidance and support for communities through our helpline, website, regular bulletins and the Blue Pages.

One to one discussions to see our products and services
Provide an opportunity for people to see the range of flood products and services that are available in an impartial and independent setting. Fronted by the National Flood Forum, people are able to discuss their needs and the most suitable solutions for their property. Exhibitions often include several partner agencies to answer local queries, and we welcome attendance from: local authorities, Environment Agency, water companies and flood groups.
Talks on insurance, grants and schemes
Ideal for engaging with communities on particular issues such as insurance, flood protection grant schemes and property reinstatement.
